Hats

Fall time, a time to start making hats, and scarves, whatever gets me going. Right now I'm starting a quilt. Let's hope it turns out beautiful and will be cherished by the little chubby one that gets it. Hmmm... Now which child would that be?
These hats I love and so do the boys. Well, at least one of 'em asks for his on a regular basis, the other just smiles when Mama puts it on his round little head.
A lady I've met at a couple of field trips for the boys was asking me about them for her sons, so I might start selling them... I love gifts made from the heart with a good pair of hands. Many of the things I treasure were created with this spirit.

Thanking God right now for our family's health and our closeness. Dh just started heading up our family Bible reading/devotions again. A little tradition we have is every night after prayers we each share what our favorite part of the day was and then thank Jesus out loud for it. The sweetness of it has just gotta make Him smile, just like Dh and I do every night seeing our little ones sleep.

Talk to you later.

All of your crochet talk has inspired me to make the worlds largest blanket! Fall/Winter is the perfect time for crocheting. It makes me want to snuggle under a warm blanket and drink some chai tea.
